Dr. Todd Stephens visited New York and had the opportunity to see the effects of Enterprise 2.0 in New York City businesses. One underlying problem he realized was that employees are trying to build the bridge and let their knowledge of the technology launch their businesses into the new era, but there are a few roadblocks that are obstructing the progress.
